4x4 Off-Road Courses

Beginner Level Training- Stock Vehicles.  This class is done at our home base in Glenville NY.  Kevin Leonard will be your co-driver teaching the ways and means of basic 4x4 operation while in a stock vehicle.  We use GM vehicles but you may use yours if deemed ready for the trails.  Minimum 2 hrs but can increase if you would prefer.  Makes a great gift for that 4x4 lover of yours.

Once completing the Basic level training, students are invited to attend an advanced level.  The stakes are higher with this class. We will build on to the basics with some tricks and more complex tools.  Its a hands-on class with someone getting dirty.  Kevin will challenge the class with a surprise scenario or two along the way.  You will have a stronger cence of confidence around your recovery skills after this experience. 

Sometimes Kevin Leonard puts aside driver training and works as a wedding planner for 4x4 events.  We have experience hosting adventurous dealer events in Vermont, new vehicle promotions/launches in Syracuse and NYC to name a few.  Obstacle course design & building is on our resume as well.  We held many HUMMER events for the H1, H2 and H3 vehicles throughout the Northeast.  Kevin has also been a guest speaker in the past for 4x4 events.  Lets go over your ideas, call Kevin today.

Entry Level To The World of Winching.  Kevin covers rigging a winch along with pointing out common mistakes that operators conduct.  Content is changed to match your intent of use.  (Police or Jeep Club)  Bring your own or use ours.  Classes range from 1-20 people.  Used widely by Fire Depts. and Jeep clubs. After the Basic level is completed, now its time to step up the Advanced Level.  Most times this is a custom designed class where locations can remote and harsh  with vehicles that  are specially equipped.  Kevin will work to make the training as real as it gets with scenario based hands-on work.  We have traveled all across the USA to conduct these classes.   Call us for a quote.    

Designed over 20 years ago, these programs have proven to work.  We were the first to offer this unique training back in the craze of SUV popularity.  Classes are tailored to the depts. surrounding terrain and vehicle types along with personnel restraints etc.  Our most common class is a 2.5 hours that can be done in one night.  Hands-on driving is usually done another day soon after.  call today for a proposal.
